Walter Dixie joins George Kilpatrick Inspiration for the Nation as Jubilee Homes celebrates 40 years of building, investing and creating opportunities in Syracuse.

Dixie reflects on Jubilee Homes‘ beginnings, the organization’s work to create affordable homeownership and stronger neighborhoods, and the people who helped shape its journey.
